[PATCH] [LNT] Add two-sided 0.10 Mann-Whitney U confidence table

0.05 confidence level is too strict on noisy machines(especially on
ARM boards), add 0.10 as an extra option. Because we are using
two-sided p-value, we are still 90% confident at 0.10.
