Is this urgent?  If not, typical ping rate is 1 x week [1].

Just be patient.  Everyone else can see you pinging; they know that they
can jump in.

Wait a week, reply to your last email with "ping" (and re-attach the
latest patch(es)), and I (or someone else) will get to it.
