[patch][pr19470] Handle _GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_ in 64 bit mode

The attached patch handles makes MC able to handle
_GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_ in 64 bit mode, which is needed for medium and
large code models.
