Hi Sean,

Thanks for the overview, I was in doubt of whether it was valuable or
not. I'll re-create it and call the current one as LangIntro.rst.

Also, the new index is not linked from the main pages yet, as I was
waiting you to make sure things are ok. After I move LangRef back to
life, do you think I can remove the old TableGenFundamentals and link
it to the TableGen/index instead?
