I just posted it to Phab.  However, every time I added llvm-commits at cs.uiuc.edu
as a reviewer or as a CC, it deleted it.  I also tried adding just llvm-commits
as a CC, but Phab deleted that from the field as well.

If someone call tell me what magic option I’m missing, please do!
