[PATCH] Mark alias symbols as microMIPS if necessary.

  This looks fine to me, but as my last day approaches my focus on detail is beginning to fade.

  Please add Daniel and Matheus to this review as well as Reed for Mips16 awareness.
  Also, you would be well served to add in your patch/review comment why the change to the base classes need to be done.
