[PATCH] The msan interface stubs for non-instrumented code were missing a bunch of entry points.

  OK, let's remove this code.
  I'm not aware of any code that would break because of this ... except for LLVM itself, which is kind of broken as it is (http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=18566), so I'll fix that as well.
