[PATCH] Update config.* files

This patch updates the config.guess and config.sub directly from their
official repository to be able to cope with AArch64 detection.

I can't see anything that could affect any target and I tested on
x86_64, ARM and AArch64, all working fine.

Can I commit? Should anyone test this on other targets first?
