The thumb fix was previously committed by Weiming in r191441.

The thumb code required a different fix (not a td issue). I had the arm fix sitting around for a while and I'm just now getting around to pushing it. I updated the actual commit message to make it more clear, but for some reason it did not change the summary in phrabricator.
