[PATCH] Make clean on Cortex-A15 bot

Hi Galina,

For some reason the config.h file is missing from one of our buildbots.
Since it's identical to the others, I can't understand why it's happening
to that one and not the others. All I know is that it reverts back when I
clean, so I'm making that bot make clean every cycle.

It's going to take a bit longer, but at least won't be failing every day.
