[patch] Convert dragonegg bots to 4.7 and trim the -test one

This is the second patch moving the bots to 4.7. What it does is:

* drop  dragonegg-x86_64-linux-gcc-4.6-test. It has be offline for
quite some time, uses 4.6 and seems to be quiet a bit more than what I
would be able to fix.

* convert the 4.5 and 4.6 bots to 4.7.

Is there any way to test this other than committing, watching the logs
and updating the path of where the various libraries are in the bots?
I do have access to the gcc farm, so if that is ok I will just point
some of the configs to my home directory if all else fails.
