[PATCH] Make Triple's parseArch helper parse 'aarch32*' as 'arm'

  It doesn't look particularly stable, I agree, and you'll have to fiddle a few other things in other places later on to make sure it doesn't deviate from the original intention, but I don't think there's another way (yet) of doing this.
