[PATCH] ARM IAS: refactor unwind context

Hi logan, rengolin, t.p.northover,

Move the unwinding context for the ARM IAS into a helper class.  This is purely
a structural refactoring.  A follow up change allows for recording additional
depth to improve diagnostics.
