[PATCH][AVX512] Add intrinsics for Packed Absolute Value

Hi Cameron,

I'm looking at GCC intrinsics.
I see
__builtin_ia32_pabsq512_mask and
__builtin_ia32_pabsd512_mask.

I think we should be aligned with GCC.
