[llvm] r195967 - Revert revision 195965.

I've taken a look at the logs for that failure and I don't think it's related to the patch. The builder ran out of disk space during the link. I see this happen every so often on this builder and it's generally fixed fairly quickly.

Ah, makes sense. I hadn't seen that yet. Might be useful to mention bot failures when reverting patches to fix them in case others are investigating the bots. (I suppose unlikely in this case, as the tree is relatively quiet right now...)
