[zorg][patch] Add Address Sanitizer, and new Buildslave.

Hi Galina,

The patch adds a new buildslave, hexagon-build-03, and a few 
modifications from Shankar and myself to stabilize the sanitizer on the 
server.

I've sent you the password in a separate mail, and I will need help 
committing this.

I've tested this locally, and buildbot/osuosl/master passed checkconfig 
with these changes.

The addition of loadaverage is isolated to the builder, a little ugly, 
until it's decided if that is useful as a property for all buildslaves.
