[PATCH] Rules adjustments in order to build on DragonFly BSD

This simple patch set adjusts some rules for DragonFly BSD.
We have used them at DragonFly to build and use LLVM 3.1 to 3.3 and would be 
grateful to see them incorporated into LLVM.

The changes are fairly simple and only affect DragonFly BSD. Therefore, they 
should be easy to review. There are no cmake changes necessary that we know 
of.
