Stackmaps [4/6] WEBKIT_STACKMAP pseudo instruction.

This one of in a series of patches to support webkit intrinsics. See the llvm-dev thread "Stackmap and Patchpoint Intrinsic Proposal".

In this patch we lower llvm.webkit.stackmap and llvm.webkit.patchpoint intrinsics to pseudo instructions.
