[PATCH] [FileCheck][clang] Change clang tests to explicitly use CHECK- prefix instead of assuming it

  I forgot to mention that this was done according to Tim's suggestion to change the FileCheck command line, instead of changing the prefixes used in the file, in order to minimize the number of changes made.
