[Polly] Dependence: Simplify Read/Write/MayWrite before feeding them into ISL

Hi all,


I have attached a patch file to simplify the Read/Write/MayWrite before feeding them into ISL analysis. With this patch file, we can significantly reduce the compile-time percentage of PollyDependence pass for the salsa20 (in LLVM testsuite) from 98.5% to 15.3%.
