[PATCH] Add support for ARM modified immediate syntax

I agree with 1.: supporting ARM's specification for assembly is
desirable, and if you're willing to do it then I think you should be
encouraged to do so.

I have no opinion on 2., since I don't have enough experience with the
code base.
