XCore: make intrinsics GCCBuiltin for use by clang

Hi,

Here is a patch (but no test) to add GCCBuiltin to two intrinsics in IntrinsicsXCore.td.
    int_xcore_bitrev
    int_xcore_getid
They are then picked up and tested by clang's XCore target.
