[PATCH] [MBlaze] Fix handling of inline asm operands

It was recently pointed out [1] that the XCore and MBlaze backends 
weren't handling inline asm operands correctly. I've fixed the XCore 
backend (r186407). I think the same fix I used for the XCore should work 
for MBlaze, but I'm not familiar with that backend so I'd like to get it 
checked over. OK to commit?
