PATCH: [zorg] Add buildslave for Hexagon architecture

Hi, Galina!

We are developing LLVM for Hexagon, and regularly upstream our code to
clang and llvm projects.

We are continually downloading and merging from llvm.org, and have
private buildbots testing code changes. When upstream changes cause
check-all errors, we have been regularly fixing and upstreaming.

We now have a buildslave on an external host at
hexagon-build02.qualcomm.com. The buildslave is running Zorg clang and
llvm builders for Hexagon. We would like to make this buildslave visible
to the LLVM community. We feel we have reached a level of stability
where getting ahead of changes needed problems earlier will benifit
ourselves and the community.

This patch adds changes slaves.py, and builders.py as described in
HowToAddABuilder. The patch also adds an information mailer in status.py
so that we can be more responsive.

We have been running this configuration using a local test master, and
the server is easily keeping up with the svn changes.

I will need help committing to zorg, and will be glad to work with you
on any further changes that are required.

Thank you for your help,
-rick
