PATCH: Add sanitizer builder and buildslave

Hi Alexey,

The patch looks ok so far,
zorg/buildbot/README.txt is obsolete, please use the next one:
http://llvm.org/docs/HowToAddABuilder.html

Please sent me p/wd for the slave you want to use. This is pass  for slave
only, not for the box.
