[PATCH] SectionMemoryManager is not a JITMemoryManager

Thanks. In response to Andrew's prompting earlier in the thread, I've
actually got a patch hitting that issue in the MCJIT tests that I'll
hopefully be able to send out today or Monday. (The "release to OSS" process
grinds slowly, but it grinds exceedingly fine...)
