Hi kcc, rnk,
This patch introduces a new object library containing a subset of
sanitizer_common which is intended to have no libc dependencies.
This condition is currently achieved for Linux/x86_64.
(CMake-only for now; it doesn't seem particularly easy to do this in
the Makefile build.)
