[PATCH] ARM build attributes support

Hi,

 

Attached is a patch to enable reading of ARM ELF build attribute sections in
ELFObjectFile, with changes to the readobj tool to print the retrieved
information for testing purposes.

 

This is an update of an earlier patch, and is mostly unchanged except for
merging to trunk and the changes to fit the new readobj code structure. Test
ELF objects are included in the diff with the regression tests.
