ppc64 clang LNT buildbot / reference_output / test failures

Note that the original report from Will is from a long time ago, before the
reference outputs for those tests were added. That was the cause of that
particular failure.

I was looking for the fpcmp problem that Will reported in the first place.

Some of the cases I see are due to the same problems I had, difference in
the order of things. Your ClamAV output seems outdated, make sure you've
got the latest test-suite, that also has a change in fpcmp, and for the
looks of the original report by Will, the change should fix that.
