We don't currently have a place for LLVM extensions. Not that there's any standard to follow in the first place. I would add a page similar to http://clang.llvm.org/docs/LanguageExtensions.html to LLVM that covers extensions to the tools we seek compatibility with. http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com/D635
