[PATCH] Pass CPPFLAGS/CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS from the environment of configure to make

Here is a patch to pass CPPFLAGS/CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS from the environment of configure to make. This is implied by './configure -help'.

Let me know if you have any objections. Otherwise, I will commit it.
