Hi Hal,

I've made the changes you requested.  I hope I didn't miss anything.  I 
also changed the comments to use the \brief format (as per Dmitri's post).

PS.  Have you looked at the patch that implements "analyzeCompare" for 
Hexagon? (I sent both at about the same time.)  That one is a lot 
shorter, and is a prerequisite for the HW loops code.
