[llvm-commits] Turn on -fast-math for some FP benchmarks in SingleSource/MultiSource suite

If there are tests which behave correctly both with and without fast-math,
I would suggest building them in both modes and testing them in both modes.
We shouldn't lose coverage of the normal compilation model.
