Log:
Change TargetLowering::getRegClassFor to take an MVT, instead of EVT.

Accordingly, add helper funtions getSimpleValueType (in parallel to
getValueType) in SDValue, SDNode, and TargetLowering.

This is the first, in a series of patches.
