[llvm-commits] [zorg] add MIPS (big endian 32 bit) LLVM buildbot

Please, add an LLVM buildbot for a MIPS Octeon II board.  This is a big
endian MIPS64 chip.  Although the chip is 64 bit the file system is only
32 bit.  So, the builds are MIPS32 big endian.  This is based on the
"llvm-arm-linux" builder.
