[llvm-commits] [request for approval] [python] Fix names used when looking for shared library.

This patch is intended for the release branch. It fixes so that the python
bindings can find the llvm shared library.

This tries to be a minimal change for the release branch.

For trunk something like on Scott Tsai's patch from 10th nov "[PATCH]
[python] fix get_library()" would make more sense.
