[llvm-commits] RFC: new tool: llvm-strings

Maybe we could add this functionality as a mode under objdump instead of
adding a new standalone tool. Since the tool is relatively small and
related to objects, I think it would make sense to add it there, even if
historically other toolchains have it as a standalone.
