[llvm-commits] Case ranges, patch with new separated 'switchr' instruction.

Hi. I prepared prototype of case-ranges switch as separated instruction 
('switchr'). You can apply this patch and it shouldn't affect all other 
functionality.

Parsing and construction is already debugged and works.

Chris's remarks for previous prototype was taken into account.
