Please fold tests into a few aggregate test files rather than having
one file per small function. All of the test running strategies impose
a fixed cost per test, and FileCheck allows an aggregation of tests to
still provide precise granularity of failures.

(This has come up quite a few times in recent patch review, although
not likely your patches...)
