Log:
Optimize codegen for VSETLNi{8,16,32} operating on Q registers. Degenerate to a VSETLN on D registers, instead of an (INSERT_SUBREG (VSETLN (EXTRACT_SUBREG ))) sequence to help the register coalescer.
