[llvm-commits] [llvm] PPC64 TOC support

[Adhemerval Zanella]

This patch adds preliminary small code (-mcmodel=small for GCC) TOC
support for PPC64 code generation. I'm still working on checking the
if llvm needs more relocation code generation as well if on some 
proper tests to add.
