[llvm-commits] [PATCH] Disable use of soname on OpenBSD

In bug #12446 a patch was submitted to set soname for BSD OS's but this is
wrong for OpenBSD as OpenBSD does not use soname. The attached patch removes
the use of soname on OpenBSD.
