Given the lack of response over the last 3 days, and the fact that these
was committed only a few days before the release branch, I have reverted
everything in Hexagon, including this, to get the builds green and
including stable, tested code for the 3.1 release.

This was done based on the discussion here, and further discussion on the
public IRC channel with myself, Jim, and Bill Wendling who is wrangling the
release.

See r155047 (and r155048 for the Clang bits) for more details on exactly
what commits were reverted, why, and what needs to be done when you
resubmit the patches.
