It looks to me like this change is causing failures in the JITTests unit tests. In particular, I'm seeing failures in LazyLoadedJITTest.MaterializableAvailableExternallyFunctionIsntCompiled and MultiJitTest.JitPool. In the first case I've verified that the test passes a NULL memory manager to the JIT constructor (which should be OK), leading to a crash in getPointerToNamedFunction.

Log:
Based on this discussion: http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/llvm-commits/Week-of-Mon-20120305/138477.html
1. Declare a virtual function getPointerToNamedFunction() in JITMemoryManager 2. Move the implementation of getPointerToNamedFunction() form JIT/MCJIT to DefaultJITMemoryManager.

-// If a function call occurs to an external function, the JIT is designed to use -// the dynamic loader interface to find a function to call. This is useful for -// calling system calls and library functions that are not available in LLVM.
-// Some system calls, however, need to be handled specially. For this reason, -// we intercept some of them here and use our own stubs to handle them.
