[llvm-commits] (Mips) Big endian code review request

This patch just represents the constuctor and create function changes needed to pass the endianess information.

It does not change the output behavior, thus there is no test case. Those changes will be in the next submittal along with a test case.

These changes have been vetted internally and have passed "make check".
