[llvm-commits] Add InitializeNativeTargetDisassembler function

Hello,

I would be useful to have InitializeNativeTargetDisassembler() function to
initialize the native target disassembler, similar to
InitializeNativeTargetAsmPrinter/InitializeNativeTargetAsmParser/etc, patch
in the attached file.
