Hi Kostya,

Can you please review the attached patch and land it if everything's OK with it?

It fixes the wrong __WORDSIZE definition on Win x64 and also
introduced ASAN_INTERFACE_FUNCTION_ATTRIBUTE you've suggested in the
other discussion.
