I committed the --enable-docs one.

You should commit changes to the generated files is the same commit as the
source files. What I do is just have a ~/inst/auto-llvm directory with the
correct versions of libtool, autoconf and automake. That way I can just

export PATH=$HOME/inst/auto-llvm:$PATH
./autoconf/AutoRegen.sh
