Hi Owen,

I really like the re-use this is enabling. Very cool.

getARMRegisterNumbering() shouldn't change. That's not tied to the values that get encoded in the binary forms of the instructions (it's also used by the AsmPrinter, for example), but rather to the human-readable register numbering that matches the documentation and text assembly code.

Instead, the mapping from Q->D should probably be in ARMMCCodeEmitter.cpp:getMachineOpValue() for the MO.isReg() case. That's where those register numbers get mapped to the binary encoding equivalents.
