[llvm-commits] patch that brings Passes.html up to speed with the opt tool

Hi,

In attachment a patch that brings the Passes.html documentation up to speed with 
the current state of the opt tool. Some passes that are no longer available are removed,
a lot of passes are added, with appropriate documentation taken from the respective source files.

(I don't have commit access, so if this patch is approved, someone will have to commit it for me)
